Ice, Mountains, and Pristine Wilderness

 

Exit Glacier, a glacier derived from the Harding Icefield in the Kenai Mountains of Alaska.  It’s one of the few glaciers in Alaska that one can essentially drive right up to.

 

Ледник Экзит — ледник, который является частью ледяного поля Хардинг в горах Кенай на Аляске.  На Аляске существует всего несколько ледников, к которым человек может в принципе ехать.  Этот ледник и есть один из них.

When Calendars Inspire Travel

 

The most colorful part of the architectural ensemble at the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery in Zvenigorod, Russia.  We saw a similar picture in a calendar and knew we had to see it in person.
